Project Overview:

We successfully completed a high-performance TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing installation for a residential flat roof system. The project focused on improving energy efficiency, waterproofing, and long-term durability while delivering a clean, modern roofing finish suitable for flat roof structures today.

Scope of Work:

Our team carried out a full TPO membrane installation, including surface preparation, insulation placement, seam welding, and membrane fastening. The existing roof surface was inspected and corrected where needed to ensure a smooth base for optimal adhesion and long-lasting performance.

Challenges & Execution:

The existing flat roof had drainage inefficiencies and minor surface inconsistencies. We re-leveled key areas, improved water flow direction, and carefully installed heat-welded seams to ensure a fully sealed, leak-resistant roofing system.

Results & Impact:

The new TPO roof significantly improved thermal efficiency and waterproofing performance. It provides strong UV resistance, reduced heat absorption, and a clean reflective surface that enhances building efficiency and long-term protection.
